The benefits of exercise




I will be explaining about the benefits of physical exercise and how it can help you live a healthy life. I will be explaining some of the benefits i read about, some of the benefits are dedicated to the muscles, the heart, and the brain.

The first part of this list of benefits are for the brain. Exercise can boost the size of your hippocampus. The hippocampus is responsible for our memory, mostly the long-term ones. Exercise can also help us think properly at work or school. Exercise also contributes to the growth of our brain cells and growth cells too.

The second part of the list of benefits is for the heart. Exercise can increase heart rate. When we are running, it makes our heart beat faster, and when our heart beats faster it pumps more blood into the body. It also increases heart rate and decreases the chance of diabetes, stroke, etc.

The third and final part of these benefits are for our body and muscles. Exercise also benefits our muscles and body. It makes us stronger and gets our body fit. If our muscles are weak, then we will be tired and we would have a hard time moving around. It also improves mood and sleep as well. If you exercise in the morning, you will feel energized and you would have a great mood to start the day.

My conclusion is that exercising can do a lot of things. It can do a lot of things to your brain and body. It is an important factor to being healthy besides eating the right foods, staying away from safety hazards, and a lot more.
